The Valley Falls Cotton Mill Site is the site of a historic mill in Vernon, Connecticut. Mills were operated on the site from colonial times until 1877, when the last mill burned. The site is located in Vernon's Valley Falls Park. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
