Vũ Đức Đam (born 3 February 1963) is a Vietnamese politician who has served as Minister of Government Office since 2011, Deputy Prime Ministers of Vietnam since 2013. He is currently a Member of the Party Central Committee XII. He is also chairman of the National Committee for AIDS, and prevention of drug addiction, prostitution He was born in Hải Dương Province.

He graduated in 1988 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He obtained a PhD of Economic in Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is fluent in English.
