Uspen (Kazakh: Успен ауданы) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Uspenka. Population: 12,837 (2013 estimate); 13,254 (2009 Census results); 21,395 (1999 Census results).
