Product Offerings
Urgent.ly is known as the Uber of roadside assistance. The app connects users with roadside assistance providers. Urgent.ly does not collect a membership fee – users instead pay a flat-rate, per-use fee for the service. Users pay the service providers directly through the app. The app is available on Android and iOS. The app was also recently chosen to be added to the AT&T Drive platform for connected cars. In addition to connecting users with roadside assistance, Urgent.ly also automatically detects when a driver may have been in an accident. If the user does not respond to the app’s prompt within a certain period of time, the app then notifies those the user has designated for follow-up. Urgent.ly partnered with MapQuest in November 2014.
