United People is a minor Irish political party formed in 2015. It has no representation at local or national level. It was founded in 2015 by Jeffrey Rudd, who was previously a member of Direct Democracy Ireland. Rudd was due to contest the Louth constituency for the party at the 2016 general election, but withdrew "citing family and finance reasons".
