Uncle Seth is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 1999 in Scarborough. The band members hosted a podcast. and their involvement with the Canadian and international podcast community saw them named by "the official band of Canadian podcasting" by prominent podcasters Tod Maffin, Mark Blevis and Bob Goyetche.

History

In 2005 Uncle Seth released an EP Forgive & Forget, Volume One, which included three live and three studio-produced songs. They were named Dose Magazine's "Artist of the Week" in April 2005.

In 2006, the band hosted their own podcast. That year they simulcast their performance at Guess What on the Second Life website, and also recorded a cover of Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now" and released it online.
