Una Lorraine Morris (born January 17, 1947) is a retired Jamaican sprinter. She competed at the 1964, 1968 and 1972 Olympics in eight sprint events in total, with the best achievement of fourth place in the 200 metres in 1964. She won a bronze medal in the 4×100 metres relay at the 1967 Pan American Games. in 1963 and 1964 she was chosen as Jamaican Sportswoman of the Year.

Currently she is a radiologist and owner of the restaurant Kingston Cafe in Pasadena, California, as featured on an episode of American reality show Kitchen Nightmares.
