Umaglesi Liga playoffs is the annual knockout stage to determine the seat of Umaglesi Liga between the football team from Umaglesi Liga and Pirveli Liga. Since 2001, the team were from Umaglesi Liga which finished right above relegated team, and from Pirveli Liga which finished right below promoted team.
