Ułazów [uˈwazuf] (Ukrainian: Улазів, Ulaziv) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Dzików, within Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Stary Dzików, 16 km (10 mi) north-west of Lubaczów, and 77 km (48 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
