Tyulachinsky District (Russian: Тюлячинский райо́н; Tatar: Теләче районы) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the forty-three in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. It is located in the northwestern central part of the republic. The area of the district is 844.1 square kilometers (325.9 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Tyulyachi. Population: 14,273 (2010 Census); 14,401 (2002 Census). The population of Tyulyachi accounts for 22.9% of the district's total population.

History
The district was established on February 10, 1935. In 1959, it was merged into Sabinsky District, but was split back as Tyulyachinsky District on October 4, 1991.
