The name Hagupit has been used to name three tropical cyclones in the northwestern Pacific Ocean. The name was contributed by the Philippines with a native word which means "to lash or flog".

  • Tropical Storm Hagupit (2002) (T0218, 23W) — struck China, causing minor damage.
  • Typhoon Hagupit (2008) (T0814, 18W, Nina) — struck China, killing 67 and causing US$1 billion in damage.
  • Typhoon Hagupit (2014) (T1422, 22W, Ruby) — the strongest tropical cyclone in 2014 tied with Vongfong, in terms of sustained winds, struck the Philippines.
