Twaqa Ahmed Moulawi, ( Arabic:طاق احمد مولوي, Malayalam: ത്വാഖ അഹ്മദ് മുസ്ലിയാറ്) is prominent Islamic scholar hailing from Kasaragod and resume office as Quazi of Mangalore. He also occupies the chairmanship of many institution and is member of Samastha Kerala Jamyiathul Ulama mushavara. He is author of Malik Deenar (r) Kasaragod Andyavisramam Kollunna Swahabi, famous book which deals with historic facts in arrival of Malik Deenar in Kerala and his demise at Thalangara, Kasaragod.

Early life
He was born to educated family in 1949 August 10 at Thalangara. His father Kaziyarakath Muhammed Kunhi Haji, known as Kuncha, and mother Ayisha Hajjuma created a religious situation and brought him up by imbibing prophet teachings in very childhood. He gained primary education from Thalangara Muslim High School and fetched religious education from Padanna Mauvila Kadappuram Darse, Peringathur Bevincha Darse, Kodungalore Arikode Al Irshad College, Ponnani Maunathul Islam College.
Further education
After completing the primary education from native, he went Lucnow in order to obtain post graduation. He was graduated from Deoband Seminary in Doro Hadith. Later he went Cairo and admitted in Al Azhar University. He completed post graduation in Kulliya Shariya Wal Kanoon in Usool Fiqh. He also secured post graduation in Tafseer, Adab, Maakoolath.
Service
After returning from Egypt, he was assigned teaching job in Tirunakkara Shafi Juma Masjid. After the service of three year in aforementioned seminary, he flied to Salala and worked as Khateeb in Jami Shaikath Salma for thirty years. Now he serves as member of Samastha central Mushavara, president of Samastha Kerala Jamiyyathul Ulama Kasaragod Dist. Mushawara and quazi of Mangalore and president of Malabar Islamic complex, principal of Jalaluddin Muhammed Maula hifzual, Arshadiya Shareeth, Shamsul Ulama Arabic College. He is also occupies the chair of president in C.M Usthad memorial Darunnur educational centre.
