Tulkibas (Kazakh: Түлкібас ауданы, Tülkibas awdanı, تٷلكئباس اۋدانى) is a district of South Kazakhstan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Turar Ryskulov. Population: 106,582 (2013 estimate); 95,468 (2009 Census results); 86,465 (1999 Census results).
