Tshering Dorji (born 10 September 1993) is a Bhutanese international footballer, currently playing for NEROCA , having previously played for Transport United and Ugyen Academy. He started playing football in 2004 and was inspired by his father to take up the sport. He first played for Bhutan in 2011.

Dorji is best known for the late goal he scored against Sri Lanka which gave Bhutan their first ever win in world cup qualification.

As of March 2015, he is currently studying at the Royal Thimphu College as a first year student.
