Bergeron added that the payment experience is now part of the idea that organizations that need to communicate with customers put a lot of effort into. He also commented that it was difficult to figure out how the royal family would control the currency, as they do for the rest of the currency.
Currently, Crown Agency's casino facilities are closed for a third time due to unprecedented conditions. Mr Bergeron said the company's second reopening was much smoother than the first because he knew how to proceed and respond. According to him, the shutdown also hurt the morale of laid-off employees.
