Today, more than 7,000 people worship and serve each weekend at Traders Point Christian Church at three different locations around Indianapolis.
Northwest
Located at 6590 S Indianapolis Road, Whitestown, Indiana, the Northwest location is unofficially the main location. The Northwest location is the largest of the three currently active locations, seating over 2600 people at capacity. Northwest is also the broadcast location. Live teaching happens at this location every weekend and is broadcast to the other locations. This location also houses the main offices and central staff.
North
In January of 2016 the church opened it's first temporary multisite location at Creekside Middle School in Carmel, Indiana. The "North" location moved into it's new permanent home at 1232 West 136th Street in Carmel, Indiana. The location was acquired from another Christian church and fully renovated to reflect an environment common to Traders Point. They had their first service at the new location on February 19th, 2017.
Downtown
The second multisite location had it's first service on February 26 at 1201 N Delaware Street, Indianapolis, just one week after the North location had their first service in their new location. The new "Downtown" location was generously purchased for the church by a family attending the church and renovated to reflect an environment common to Traders Point. The building, with neoclassical revival architecture, was built in 1912 and formerly the Indianapolis Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
West
The church is now looking to expand again and open a "West" location in August in Avon, Indiana.
Generous Giants
From 2007 to 2012, God nearly tripled our overall weekly attendance and, as a result, our campus is bursting at the seams. The number of birth through elementary-age children we serve has increased by nearly 83%, causing our children’s ministry space to surpass maximum capacity, long before we ever expected it to when we first built and relocated to our current facility in 2007.
Starting in late 2011, we developed plans for the design and construction of new children’s facilities that would support The Worship Center when we’re at full capacity. Additionally, we purchased the 28 acres adjacent to our campus in an effort to improve traffic flow coming on to and off of our campus. Together, these solutions will help us further expand our impact for the Gospel here in Central Indiana.
The Park | Free Indoor Playground
The Park is a state-of-the-art play area with multiple play structures, two indoor basketball areas, a special needs area, and a mini-rock climbing wall. We often hear the question, “Is The Park just for members?” Our reply is, “Absolutely not!” So whether you are stopping by to let your children work off extra energy, meeting some friends to reconnect, or want to relax while your kids play in a safe, fun environment, we hope you feel at home and know you are welcome.
