Product
TrackDuck is used as a bug tracking system for design and web development. TrackDuck users can highlight issues on the page, comment and receive feedback in real time. Bug reports and screenshots are sent directly to a dashboard, where users can chat with others, assign tasks and track progress. It's also possible to upload images or design mockups to TrackDuck and leave feedback on them. The tool can be integrated with other project management applications like JIRA, Trello, Basecamp, Asana, Teamwork.com, GitHub, Slack and more. The integrations work both ways — tasks are sent and updated automatically in both systems.
