Town and Country Executive Village

Phase 1

The streets are named after trees. The Clubhouse is Located in this area of the subdivision.

Phase 2

The streets are named after fruits & vegetables. The Eco Park and Eco Center are located in this area

Phase 3

The streets are named after flowers.

Eco Center

It is the repository of all collected village garbage where they are sorted for recyclable materials before collected by the city's garbage trucks. It is located at Atis St.

Senior Citizen's Haven

A small pavilion built along Cypress St. where senior citizens congregate and socialize.

Eco Park

It used to be a long strip of idle land (subdivision set-back/bordering the creek) beside the Eco Center in Phase II developed by the Homeowner's Association as a playground and park. There are 2 mobile phone cell sites along this strip.

Clubhouse

It houses the Homeowner Association Office. There is a swimming pool, open-air pavilion and an air-conditioned function room for use of the association and homeowners. It is located along Mahogany Ave.

Tennis Court

It is operated by a club composed of homeowners who play tennis regularly. It is located at Cypress St. in Phase II.

Basketball Court and Playground

There are 2 covered basketball courts in Phase II (Kaimito St.) & Phase III (Dama de Noche St.). Also, along Dama de Noche St. and Kaimito St. are open parks/playgrounds for kids.

Kandi Kapihan

A very homey village cafe located beside the pool at the east wing of the clubhouse. Serving espresso based coffee, frappes, premium cakes, all day breakfast and more! Cafe opens 8:30am – 9:00pm

Magis Academy

It is a co-ed private primary and secondary school (up to Grade 12) located at Mahogany Avenue corner Tindalo St.

St. Anthony the Abbot Chapel

It is the village chapel under the supervision of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish that holds Holy Masses only on week-ends, and during the ("Simbang Gabi") Christmas season (up to Christmas Eve), New Year's Eve, and open to special baptism, wedding or funeral ceremonies.

Freshto Town and Country Executive Village Branch

It is a supermarket with small retail establishments around its perimeter. Supermarket is open everyday from 7:00AM to 11:00PM.

Specialty bread store/bakery at the gate of Town & Country in the Commercial Arcade.

Monterey Meat Shop

It is the neighborhood meat shop at the gate of Town & Country that carries poultry products too.

Traje de Moda Custom Made Gowns & Dresses

It does customized ladies wear. repairs and alterations. Located at gate of Town & Country.

Banco de Oro Universal Bank

Across CVC supermarket, it has an automated teller machine (ATM) and open from Monday to Saturday.

Location

It is located along Marcos Highway at the boundaries of Cainta, Marikina and Antipolo City. The subdivision gate is geographically a part of Cainta town while the greater portion of the subdivision lies in Antipolo City. It is near (approximately 500 meters away) Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall and Robinson's Metro East. It is 2 km from the nearest LRT station in Marcos Highway, Pasig City. From the village, It will take about 1 hour to Makati City, 15 minutes to Eastwood Mall QC, and 45 minutes to Ortigas Center.
