History
Tours4fun was founded in May 2006, as an online travel agency offering a wide range of products and services including tours, vacation packages, tickets, hotels, and cruises.
The initial launch of the site was in English, and in July 2007, the sister site, Toursforfun, went live in Chinese, and the Spanish-language site was launched in May 2010.
Less than a year later, in March 2011, Tours4fun partnered with international travel insurance provider World Nomad. The following year in October 2012, Tours4Fun became an official member of the National Travel Association.
In April 2014, Tours4fun expanded its product offerings to include cruises with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Carnival, Disney, and Celebrity Cruises.
In January 2015 Tours4fun further partnered with a hotel consolidator to provide hotel accommodation around the world as well as pre- and post-accommodations for all their vacation packages, as well as airport shuttle services. The company also began its expansion in Australia with a partnership with an instant booking site that same month. In March 2015, Tours4fun expanded its product offerings to include Europe vacation packages.
Tours4fun moved into a fully appointed, 10,000 square-foot office in Azusa, California, in April 2015. At the end of the year in December 2015, Tours4fun partnered with the non-profit organization Pack for a Purpose to inform travelers of charity foundations in and around cities they may travel to.
