Rear Admiral Anthony David "Tony" Radakin (born 10 November 1965) is a Royal Navy officer who serves as Chief of Staff, UK Joint Forces Command.

Naval career
Educated at the University of Southampton (LLB, 1989) and King's College London (MA, 2000), Radakin gained his commission in the Royal Navy in 1990. He went on to become commanding officer of the frigate HMS Norfolk in 2003, commanding officer of the US/UK Iraqi Naval Transition Team in 2006 and commanding officer of the US/UK Task Force Iraqi Maritime in 2010, before becoming commander of HMNB Portsmouth in October 2011. He was appointed Director of Force Development at the Ministry of Defence in November 2012, Commander United Kingdom Maritime Forces in December 2014 and Chief of Staff, UK Joint Forces Command in March 2016.
