His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Notre Dame in 1969, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Connecticut in 1970 and a PhD in Business Administration (Marketing Major) from Georgia State University in 1976. He is the president of Assessment Business Center, an online business solutions firm.
