Thomas Francis Hall (born April 3, 1940) is a former American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League. He played eight seasons for the Detroit Lions (1962–1963), the Minnesota Vikings (1964–1966, 1968–1969), and the New Orleans Saints (1967). He played college football at the University of Minnesota.

In 1980, Hall was inducted into the Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame.
