Proprietary Technology

In 2005, Title Source developed TAG, a proprietary title production system.

In 2009, the company developed, ATLAS, a proprietary technology platform that allows clients to manage preferences and prioritize orders and work flows. It is fully integrated with multiple LOS, RealEC, FNC/CMS and EPN systems.

Title Source developed multiple mobile apps, such as MySignings and MyAppraisals to support and enhance communications with a nationwide network of nearly 15,000 partner agents and providers.

Title Source is an authorized agent for some of the largest and highest rated title insurers in the industry, including The First American Corporation, Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Old Republic Title, Title Resource Group, Williston Financial Group and Stewart Title.

National Commercial

The Title Source National Commercial group is focused on commercial real estate transactions, representing title insurers such as First American Corporation, Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth, Old Republic International and Stewart Title. Services span from simple single property mortgage coverage to complex, multibillion-dollar portfolio acquisitions.
