Tipat Cantok is one of Bali's famous local foods. It contains "tipat" seasoned with grounded peanut. It looks similar to Javanese's "Tahu Bumbu" only with less ingredients.

Origin
Tipat cantok was originated in Bali. The word "Tipat" made from rice packed in diamond shaped leaf as replacement of rice. Any addition of red pepper is optional.
