Tin Soe (Burmese: တင်စိုး, [tɪ̀ɴ só]) was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Union of Myanmar to the Russian Federation. He was also a general in the Myanmar Military and is the father of two sons. He died in 2013 and his son, Kyaw Kyaw Htun who now owns his own company.
