  • "My Neck, My Back (Lick It)"

"My Neck, My Back (Lick It)" was released on March 30, 2002. The single was a hit on the hip hop scene, eventually being certified gold (600,000 units). It achieved moderate crossover CHR success, ultimately peaking at number forty-two on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number twenty on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Due to the explicit sexuality of the song's lyrics, it was heavily edited and censored for radio and video play. The video became a top six hit on BET's 106 & Park. Khia released her album later that year, which also gained gold status. While she has released several singles since then, "My Neck, My Back (Lick It)" is, to date, her biggest and most recognizable hit.

    "You My Girl"

"You My Girl", a song dedicated to her mother, was a promotional single taken from the album, released as an airplay-only single. However, it never made the charts.

    "The K-Wang"

"The K-Wang" was released as the third promotional single. It was the last single eleased from the album. An official single remix was done by Jermaine Dupri.
