Thomas J. Williams (1837 – April 10, 1866) was an American Union brevet brigadier general during the period of the American Civil War. He was a native of New Jersey and Covington, Kentucky. Williams served with the 23rd Kentucky Infantry and the 55th Kentucky Mounted Infantry. He received his appointment as brevet brigadier general dated to September 22, 1865.
