The Early Years
Thomas was born in Blackpool on April the 26th 1984. He was first introduced to the dark room at college when he was 16 years old & has been photographing ever since, although his first experience in the dark room was not easy as Thomas can be claustrophobic. He soon overcame this & enjoyed many years of developing film.
Career
Thomas left his job in 2010, where he worked as a Video Technician and became a full time freelance cameraman & photographer. Thomas runs a commercial photography studio, ProCap as well as working on commissions for Visit England where he photographs landscapes for the promotion of tourism in the north of England. Thomas also makes a living by publishing images in national newspapers & magazines. Thomas does not teach photography workshops and does not sell prints yet, his reason for this is because he does not have the time to do these things to a high enough standard.

Thomas creates youtube videos, which document his landscape & travel shoots. His popularity comes from his extremely honest & unpolished approach to vlogging & photography. His emphasis is on hiking, making the effort & getting to the right place at the right time rather than focusing on equipment. Thomas' youtube videos see him shoot landscapes in England, Scotland, Iceland, Yosemite National Park, Sierra Nevada Foothills & Norway.
