Theodore Fritz (born August 27, 1851) was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate.

Biography
Fritz was born on August 27, 1851 in Falkenburg, Prussia. He moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1856. Fritz's son, Oscar M. Fritz, would become Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Career
Fritz was a member of the Senate from the 5th district from 1887 to 1891. Additionally, he was a Milwaukee alderman. He was affiliated with the Milwaukee People's Party.
