Theodora Banica (born 1988) is a fashion model and Luxembourg beauty queen. She was crowned as Miss Luxembourg 2009 in the Miss Benelux 2009 beauty pageant in October 2008. She was crowned by Miss Luxembourg 2008 winner Nadia Pereira. Banica represented Luxembourg in the Miss Earth 2009 pageant.

Miss Benelux 2009
Banica, who was born in Romania but raised in Luxembourg, was crowned Miss Luxembourg 2009 in the Miss Benelux 2009 during an event held on October 4, 2008 in Belgium, which participated by 40 contestants from Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Banica, who is 1.70 m tall, is an economic student. She intends to further her studies in Psychology in the near future. Her pageant court includes Miss Benelux Belgium 2009, Isabel Van Hoof and Sabrina Anijs as Miss Netherlands 2009 and Miss Benelux 2009. Banica and her parents moved to Luxembourg from Romania at the age of seven.
Miss Earth 2009
Banica will represent Luxembourg in the 9th edition of Miss Earth beauty pageant in the Philippines, which probably be held from October to November 2009. The Miss Earth winner serves as the spokesperson for the Miss Earth Foundation, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and other environmental organizations. About 90 contestants from different countries and territories are expected to compete in the event.
