Theegarten-Pactec is a combination of two companies with long tradition. Theegarten was founded in 1934 by Justus and Franz Theegarten in Cologne. In 1994 Theegarten took over Pactec in Dresden. Pactec has its roots in the former packaging machines manufacturer NAGEMA and Maschinenfabrik Richard Gaebel (foundet in 1888).
