The residents of the The Address project of Wadhwa Group have accused the builder of negligence especially after a lift crashed from the 11th floor, injuring the repairmen inside. After few days, another lift crashed from the 26th floor. And recently fire hoses fixed in the parking crashed, killing a watchman and destroying many cars.
