Plot

Buster and wife Elsie Ames are caretakers of a house owned by a spiritualist/magician Professor Mordini (Lynton Brendt). Almost scared out of the house, Mordini convinces them to stay. Mordini leaves on a vacation and warns the couple not to let his former assistant in the house to steal his secrets. While away spooky gags follow along with a penguin on roller skates. A newlywed couple arrive Dorothy Appleby and husband Don Beddoe. Of course the former evil assistant Bruce Bennett arrives and adds to the mayhem.
