Founded in 2004, The Navicor Group began by marketing immunology and oncology medications. Over time, the agency's focus has evolved to make it the integrated marketing communications agency for oncology, leading them to recognition as 2013 Agency of the Year. In addition, Navicor made the list for Top 100 Agencies in 2014. Navicor is headquartered in Westerville, OH, and has an office located in Philadelphia, PA.

History

The Navicor Group is an inVentiv Health company. inVentiv Health was established as a spin-off of Snyder Communications and had its initial public offering in 1999. In March 2006, Ventiv Health rebranded itself as inVentiv Health. With the brand launch, the organization renamed its three major divisions: inVentiv Clinical, inVentiv Commercial, and inVentiv Communications. inVentiv Communications is the advertising and communications division of inVentiv Health. inChord was acquired by Ventiv Health in October 2005. On December 31, 2006, inChord became inVentiv Communications. In August 2010, inVentiv Health was taken private in an acquisition by inVentiv Group Holdings, Inc., an entity created and funded by affiliates of Thomas H. Lee Partners, Liberty Lane Partners and members of the inVentiv management team. In early 2011, inVentiv Health acquired Campbell Alliance, a management consulting firm serving the healthcare industry. The subsequent acquisitions of PharmaNet and i3 have made inVentiv Health a holistic contract research organization (CRO).

Trivia

Navicor employs approximately 60 people, including Frank Lescas, 1992 Summer Olympics swimmer. Navicor’s custom logo font was developed by Jesse Segna, an American type designer.
