Periphery new groove


Icarus EP is the first studio EP by American progressive metal band Periphery. It was released on April 19, 2011. The EP features a re-recorded version of their first single, "Icarus Lives", along with three remixes of the song. It also features a re-recorded radio edit of their second single, "Jetpacks Was Yes!". The EP also comes with a bonus DVD featuring both music videos for "Jetpacks Was Yes!" and "Icarus Lives!" as well as behind the scenes footage of the making of the "Icarus Lives!" video. The EP has received praise for its production quality and the improved vocal abilities of Sotelo. It was their last release to feature guitarist Alex Bois and bassist Tom Murphy.
