The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is an online vocational test to assess human abilities or aptitudes, created and administered by The Highlands Company.

Contents

Administration

The test is given through 200 trained administrators in the United States for $400 to $600 and includes a two-hour debriefing from an affiliate.

Format

The three-hour test scores 20 different abilities. Each worksample is timed to measure the speed with which the individual is able to do a particular series of similar tasks. The individual’s score on each worksample establishes whether a particular task is more or less easy for that individual. The test taker receives a 30 plus page report with the affiliate’s analysis of the results.
