His stay in the nursing home, where there are other guests, leads him to new terrors. His only outlet is the cigarettes, and the proximity of sister Sally, a sister. She starts suffering from terrible nightmares and visions. His aunt, Julia, with whom Toby was having an affair seems to be the only person he trusts, until circumstances make even her intentions dubious. Toby begins to suffer hallucinations and during the night he relives the terrible moments that led him to a wheelchair. He rejects the help of Dr. Burns and begins to suffer from psychological disorders that lead him to doubt everyone and everything, until he finally discover the sinister plot brewing in the nursing home, to take him down.
