History
Greenstone founded in 2000 by co-founders Kevin Cox and John Abel-Pattinson. Since its foundation, the Greenstone Group has grown to over 45 professionals with 27 offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Christchurch and South East Asia (Malaysia). The company primarily provides project management and commercial development advisory services to educational and community organizations, publicly listed companies, government, finance companies, banks, high net worth individuals and direct property investors and developers.

The Greenstone Group is a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council, the New Zealand Institute of Building, the Property Council of New Zealand and one of the founding members of the Lifetime Design Foundation. It's also associated with Priority One and Heartkids.
