The Commitment Engine looks into what makes some businesses worth referring – and according to Jantsch, it’s the commitment engine that drives the success of these businesses. The book also looks into what creates great company culture. The book is divided up into three parts:
- The Path, which explores clarity of purpose, passion and the strategies used to bring purpose to life in your work.
- The Patron, which shows how to become a supportive leader who pulls all these characteristics together inside business.
- The Promise, where all of these elements come together to create a powerful brand where customers experience characteristics of commitment that contribute to customer loyalty and profitability.
