About the Author

Shyam Balasubramanian studied in the Cathedral & John Cannon School, the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His passions are writing, cricket and decoding game tactics across sports. Vijay Santhanam graduated from the University of Roorkee - now the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee - in 1986 and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1988. In his 21 years of corporate (marketing) career, he worked for Godrej Soaps, Procter & Gamble and Castrol.
