Thaumaturgis is a genus of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It contains the species Thaumaturgis craterocrossa, which is found in South Africa.

The wingspan is about 12 mm. The forewings are whitish-ochreous, with some minute scattered blackish specks and a black dot towards the costa near the base. There is an erect blackish pointed fasciate blotch from the dorsum before the middle reaching three-fourths across the wing and a semi-circular blackish blotch on the costa about two-thirds with a short strigula from the middle beneath, edged with ochreous-yellow suffusion. There is an ill-defiĀned triangular blackish tornal spot. The posterior costal and apical margin are ochreous-yellow. The hindwings are grey, the veins darker-suffused.
