Online Recognition Advances

Terryberry offers online rewards programs as well. Their Give a WOW program is an online peer-to-peer recognition platform that helps businesses create a dynamic culture of appreciation with engaging interactivity, real-time recognition, and exciting award options. This program was launched in 2009 and uses online networking technology to create a closed system online environment for ongoing peer-to-peer recognition.

Terryberry was also one of the first companies in the industry to introduce a customized online award selection program. AwardChoice.com is an employee recognition program that allows employees to select an award online. It also allows employers to manage their own employee rewards program completely online.

Terryberry's AwardPoints is a web-based performance recognition program where employees earn points for excellent work. Points can be collected and redeemed for items from Terryberry's catalog of custom awards and gifts.
