Terrence Wall (born 1964) is a real estate developer in Madison, Wisconsin with over thirty years of experience in the field. He has founded two real estate companies, T. Wall Properties, LLC, which specializes in office space development and property management, and T. Wall Enterprises, which focuses on developing multi-family apartment complexes.

Early life
Wall was raised in Madison, Wisconsin, and delivered newspapers in his neighborhood as a child. He earned the Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Edgewood High School and attended University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1987 with a degree in Economics. He continued at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Business School and obtained a master's degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment in 1989.
T. Wall Properties, LLC
After graduating from college, Wall purchased an apartment building from foreclosure and refurbished it, eventually selling it at a profit. Wall used this profit to found T. Wall Properties, LLC. Defunct T. Wall Properties, founded in 1989, maintained one of the largest office space portfolios in Wisconsin, and received the "Office Building of the Year" award from The Building Owners and Managers Association in 2004 and 2005. A leader in green commercial development, the company received the Governor's Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency in 2009.

DaneVest Tech Fund, LLC
In 2007, Wall founded the DaneVest Tech Fund to invest in Wisconsin-based technology start-ups. The first angel fund in Wisconsin, DaneVest Tech Fund has invested in 10 companies and is guiding them toward an eventual exit.
T. Wall Enterprises, LLC
After a few years hiatus from the multi-family property business, due to some forecloses and bankruptcies, Wall reentered the market in 2011 with the founding of T. Wall Enterprises, LLC. Today, T. Wall Enterprises owns hundreds of apartment units in the greater Madison area, and has several more in development. Current development projects include Wingra Point, an apartment complex in downtown Madison, and CityDeck Commons, a multi-use riverfront property in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Defunct Run for Senate
Wall Ran for Senate in 2010 against Ron Johnson and Dave Westlake and ultimately lost. Many people opposed his extreme right wing social views. Wall has stated that he strongly opposes gay rights and planned parenthood.
Charitable Activities and Community Involvement
Wall has served as the County Executive's representative to the Dane County Community Development Block Grant Commission, as well as the Mayor's Advisory Board. For five years he contributed a monthly column to a local business magazine,Greater Madison In Business. In the column, Wall discussed the overlap of local political and business issues.
Wall has been actively involved in local charitable causes, including leading the fundraising for, and development of, Dane County's Henry Vilas Zoo's Children's Carousel building, the Glacier's Edge Boy Scouts of America council office building, and the Tenney Park Pavilion. He was also a lead donor in the construction of the American Family Children's Hospital, the East Side Community Center, and the renovation of Edgewood High School. He has also been active in Boy Scouts of America, having served as both a Scoutmaster and as Council President. Additionally, he and his wife Helen founded The Wisconsin Foundation.
