History
The Group started off as Terragon Ventures Limited, incorporated in 2009 and commencing operations in 2010, as a Mobile Value Added Services business. By late 2010, Terragon Media Limited was added to the company's portfolio as a full service digital media agency. In 2011, Twinpine Network was started as a premium mobile advertising business.
In 2014, Terragon group made its debut as the only Nigerian indigenous company to exhibit at the Mobile World Congress in Spain. Not backing down from this tradition, it attended the event in the year 2015 where it launched Adrenaline, its data monetisation and advertising platform and a first of its kind in Africa.
In 2016, Terragon group has been shortlisted in the Lead Generation category of the EMEA 2016 Mobile Marketing Association Smarties Award for the Samsung Mobile Nigeria Galaxy S7 #MoreThanAPhoneNG Campaign. They didn't win this but they won three (3) awards at the NIGERIA Technology Awards - Digital Marketing Agency of the Year, 2016 (Terragon Group); Mobile Advertising Agency of the Year, 2016 (Twinpine); Digital Marketing Personality of the Year, 2016 (Elo Umeh, MD/CEO Terragon Group)
In 2017, Terragon Limited (TL) and Terragon Media Limited (TML) were merged to become Terragon Digital.
Today, Terragon Group operates as a Digital Media company that provides solutions specifically tailored for the African market in line with its vision "Innovation to make mobile meaningful". Terragon Group is also a member of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF).
