Terralink was founded by Ron Lewin, the Chairman of Committee for Innovation and Technology in the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, in 1989 in Canada and today Terralink consists of more than 350 specialists and has offices in the United States, Canada, Israel, Russia, and Kazakhstan. In 1996 Esther Dyson of EDventure Holdings became an investor in TerraLink.
