The two-hour, multi-artist show is broadcast live on WDVX and WDVX.com from the Bijou Theatre on the last Wednesday of every month, showcasing predominantly folk music styles popular to the southeastern United States. Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jim Lauderdale hosts the shows, which also features a house band led by Dave Nichols, a local Knoxville musician. As explained by AC Entertainment President Ashley Capps, "The concept has always been to celebrate the indigenous culture of this region."
