Tegyra
Tegyra (Ancient Greek: Τεγύρα), also: Tegyrae (Ancient Greek: Τεγύραι - Tegyrai) was the site of an oracle of Apollo in ancient Greece. It was located north of Lake Copais, 5 km northeast of Orchomenus in Boeotia. Its location has been identified as that of the present village Pyrgos. It was the site of the Battle of Tegyra in 375 BC.
