Features
TeamNote provides iOS and Android apps, as well as web-based admin portal. The primary features of TeamNote are instant text/voice/video Messaging, group chat, individual chat mode as well as group announcement organised by top management. Also, it offers GPS location tacking, news polling, photo reporting, sales reporting, support voting in chat room and share training manual. In addition, TeamNote also customised features such as form filling, HR Task, job dispatch and duty roster.
History
TeamNote as a company was conceived in 2014 after spinning off from Apptask, a Hong Kong mobile app development company specialized in enterprise mobile solution development. TeamNote’s mission is to help corporations unleash the productivity of their mobile workforce and maximize their working efficiency that mobile technology brings about.
TeamNote as a product started off its research and development in 2013 and officially launched to the market in the first quarter of 2014. In January 2015 TeamNote joined the renowned Silicon Valley accelerator Y Combinator as incubatee. TeamNote is pleased to announce the global launch at TechCrunch, in March 2015.
Achievement
After its official launch, TeamNote has gotten media exposures from Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, Hacker News, Tech in Asia, 36Kr and etc. And it has been recognized with several local and global awards. In 2014, TeamNote won the Red Herring Global Top 100 and Asia Top 100 technology awards. In 2015, TeamNote received the Best Mobile Apps Grand Award and Best Mobile Apps (Business and Enterprise Solution) Gold Award in Hong Kong ICT Awards 2015. In the same year, TeamNote is the award winner of Asia Smartphone App Contest and Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA).
