Tazeem Abbas (Hindi: ताज़ीम अब्बास ) is an Indian social worker and former chairman of Language Institute of Information Technology Organization Imphal, under the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. He is a special director of Global Institution of Friendship Trust (GIFT).

He provides education for children who do not have access to education. Every month, he volunteers, teaches, and spends time with underprivileged children.

He works with people and families to support them through difficult times and ensure that vulnerable people, including children and adults, are safeguarded from harm. His role is to provide support and help in order to improve outcomes in people’s lives.

He maintains professional relationships with people, acting as guides and advocates. He sometimes needs to use his professional judgment to make tough decisions that might not always be well received by those he is trying to help.

Early life and career

Tazeem Abbas was born in 7 August 1992. Rizvi was born into a family belonging to the Syed caste, a caste community in Islam.

He has suffered from lot of controversy’s in 2014 regarding a road show function which was held in Meerut, India. Then he started his career as a Social worker. He is joined with many NGO’s, Social Organizations etc.

Responsibilities as a Social Worker

He worked with young people and their families. He has worked with the following groups:

  • People with learning and physical disabilities;
  • Young offenders;
  • People with mental health conditions
  • Children who can’t go to school for education
  • Homeless persons
  • Tasks

  • Organising and managing packages of support to enable people to lead the fullest lives possible;
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams and meetings regarding, for example, child protection or mental health;
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for legal action;
  • participating in training, supervision and team meetings
