Tayenjam Bijoykumar Singh (born 12 June 1957) is a bilingual poet, writer and translator from Imphal, India. He writes poems, short-stories and nonfiction in both Manipuri and English languages. He translates from Manipuri into English and vice versa.

Biography
Tayenjam Bijoykumar Singh was born on 12 June 1957 at Imphal in state of Manipur in India. His father T. Bhuban Singh was a senior advocate. He obtained his degree in stream of Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur (formerly known as RIT).
He lives in Imphal with his wife Karam Nirmola Devi who is an Associate Professor in Chemistry.
His work
He writes poetry, short-stories and nonfiction in both English and Manipuri. He has translated poems and stories from English into Manipuri and from Manipuri into English. His original writings and translations in English have appeared in Oxford University Press Volumes, Sabd, Pratibha India, ICC Quarterly, Chandrabhaga, Imphal Free Press, NE Frontier, Sentinel / Melange, Katha Volumes, Glimpses from the North-East (published by National Knowledge Commission), Marg etc. His writings and translations in Manipuri have appeared in Sahitya, Wakhal, Poknapham, etc. He participated in many interactive sessions at literary events or festivals such as Samanvay, 2012 at New Delhi, Bangalore Literature Festival, 2014 etc.
Books
He has to his credit four books. His "Kurukshetragi Peeraang – Ratan Thiyam's Gift to Mothers" appeared in The Oxford Anthology of Writings from North-East India – Poetry and Essays, Edited by Tilottoma Misra, Oxford University Press, 2011.
